• Cash Flow Coverage

• Flagged or Non-Flagged Hotel

• Equity Injection (cash down)

• Location of prospective Hotel

• Personal Credit Score

• Total amount financed for Hotel

• SBA or non-SBA loan

Hotel Loan Interest Rates can be pegged to a variety of Indexes

• Prime Rate

• 30-day commercial paper

• 30 or 90 day LIBOR

• 5,7,10 Year Treasury Swap Rates

• 2,5,7 year FHLB-Seattle

• 5 or 10 Year US Treasury Note

Hotel Loan Specifics:

• Floating rates are indexed to Prime Rate, 30-day commercial paper or LIBOR.

• Fixed rates are indexed to US Treasury, Treasury Swap Rates, or FHLB-Seattle for 2, 5, 10, 20, or up to 25 years.

3, 6, 9, 12 month rate locks are available under certain terms & restrictions
